Set within the scenic surroundings of Pontneddfechan, this 32-week project involved the transformation of the Sgwd Gwladys site into a boutique hotel with an adjoining restaurant. The scheme was designed to enhance the visitor experience and support local tourism through high-quality, sympathetically designed accommodation and hospitality spaces.

Located in Merthyr Tydfil, this 52-week project delivered 12 high-quality flats and 1 commercial unit. Key features include curtain walling, flat roof, full internal refurbishment, and overhaul of existing externals. The project included fascia, soffit and rainwater goods installation.
