Conversion of Former Pub into Residential and Commercial Units

Located in the heart of Glynneath, this project involved the full conversion of a disused public house into four high-quality residential flats alongside a modern commercial unit. Delivered over a 40-week period, the scheme reflects our commitment to sustainable redevelopment and maximising the potential of existing structures.

Challenges and Solutions
